Admission

The form for application is attached in this prospectus.

All entries are to be made in English (Capital letters to be used for Names).

Only Father/Mother is authorized to sign the Application form. Duly filled application form is to be submitted before the last date as given in the admission notice.

Parents are to ensure that names are written down properly. Attach photocopy of ID card for verification (acceptable ID’s are: Voter Card, PAN card, Passport, Bank Passbook, Driving License,Identity cards issued by Govt, of India). School shall enter/record parental names as per the ID’s provided and no change shall be permitted at stage subsequently.

Attach proof for Date of Birth. Date of Birth Certificate issued by Municipality is to be submitted as a mandatory docment for admission to any class. TC issued by previous School will also be accepted in case of admission to class XI and XII only.

Attach photocopy of result of previous class, (eg. if the application is for admission to class VI then result copy of Class IV is to be attached).

Selection to LKG – Class V will be based on:

  • ss   Age Factor.
  • ss   Communicative skills.
  • ss   General aptitude of the child
  • ss   Weightage of brother/sister studying in the school
Entrance tests shall be conducted for students seeking admission to Class VI onwards.

Dates for Entrance tests shall be intimated separately, o Parents will have to accompany their wards for the entrance test.

Applicants who fail to come for the entrance test on the. given date will not be considered for selection

The School reserves the Right of admission.

Ten percent of the seats are reserved for SC / ST / OBC.

Defence, paramilitary force and police personnel shall be given relaxation in admission rules for classes upto Class IX

Mere sumission of the Application form does not qualify the applicant for admission in the desired Class, Section or Wing.

Admission to senior classes will depend on availability of seats and will be based purely on merit i.e. performance in the entrance test and previous school/class academic record.

Transfer and Character Certificates countersigned by District education officer is required for admission along with the Final Result from the previous School/Class.
